Breathe, flow, and experience the healing power of dance with this Intro to Belly Dance workshop.
Get centered, flexible, and fit with Middle Eastern dance. In this class, we will focus on balance, arm, and hip movements, fluidity and creativity, working on posture, and introducing new combinations. Breathe, move, flow, and experience the healing power of dance. Taught by Karen Muratti.
