Every Friday come join the dance party with a different GroupFit teacher and style of dance each week. Classes include Zumba, salsa, hip-hop, and dance attack.
Shake up your workout routine with this high-energy, easy-to-follow class that combines dance moves with power and strength for a total body workout.
This class is free and open to the community.
Held at Gainesville Health and Fitness Center, main location, outdoor pavilion.
