About Your Hosts:

Joanna Vajda: A yoga teacher since 1971 and a former RN with over 30 years of experience, Joanna’s teaching is rooted in her lifelong practice of yoga as both a physical and spiritual discipline.

Sarit Sela: A City of Gainesville architect and Nia instructor for 15 years, Sarit has led workshops with organizations like Arts in Medicine and the Harn Museum of Art. Her SloMo Movement invites participants to discover the beauty of stillness through motion.

Both hosts are also artists who specialize in making art and movement accessible to all.

Beginners welcome. No previous experience is needed—just an open mind and a curious heart!
