Join us for an embodied journey of awakening your life force energy in our Kundalini Activated Dance workshop, led by Astarte, with healing music by Nathan Dyke.
Tap into the energy of the universe and channel this energy through ancient dance techniques paired with musical attunements.
We will begin with a grounding meditation and then move up through each of the seven chakras, awakening our Kundalini and feeling it rise in our bodies with movements and musical vibrations designed to activate each chakra.
