Ongoing Thursdays, 7:30-10:30 pm. Gainesville Swing Dancing every Thursday evening from 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM, you can find us at the Rosa B Williams Center. We kick off the night with a one-hour beginner lesson, followed by two hours of social dancing in a beautiful, air-conditioned hardwood dance hall.
We cannot wait to hit the dance floor with all of you.
No partner or experience needed.
Parking:
Free street parking is available in front of or beside the building, as well as in the nearby Friends of the Library lot.
Admission:
Free, donations encouraged via cash or Venmo.

Get your holiday cheer on!! Florida Swing Dancing Club invites you to join us for our annual Winter Formal Swing dance on Saturday December 4th in the spectacular Rion Ballroom!
Come and learn Lindy Hop, meet new people, and dance the night away to swing music! Everybody is encouraged to dress up in formal attire! No dance partner or previous dance experience is required, and this event is open to all members of the Gainesville community! Here are the details:
WHERE: Rion Ballroom East at the UF Reitz Union (take the elevator or stairs to Level 3)
PARKING: Parking is free at the Reitz Union Parking Garage after 4:30 pm. For most other parking lots at UF, parking decal restrictions lift after 5:30 pm.
