Welcome! to the dance floor, the temple, the ground of inner being. Here, we let go of judgment, sweat our prayers, clear, move, and come alive. Inspired by the 5-Rhythms, each dance is a ceremony, bringing us ever closer with ourselves.
Every-other Sunday night, 7pm. The dance is 90 minutes, with a short circle beforehand and a closing at the end. We will circle up at 7 sharp! so please do come early.
