We are super excited to announce that we will be one of the new homes to ecstatic dance as the beloved energy/space of Aurora Healing Arts transforms into HOWL (The House of Waking Life), a creation by Brooke Rosen We are so excited.
Facilitated by the lovely Henna Hummingbird, our dances happen every other Sunday and alternating weekends will be hosted by The Crystal Canvas.
Ecstatic Dance at The Crystal Canvas
This dance will follow the rhythm of a wave interpretation of such flow is different for each DJ, however 5 rhythms is loosely encouraged. Starting gentle, rising and climaxing in energy, and then to be ended in stillness. In this environment we will let go of judgment of ourselves and others, embrace whatever emotions arise, and feel free to move, shake and groove however our bodies choose!
