Modern Dance
Mondays 7:00-8:00 pm
A dance form which includes special techniques for using the whole body in movements to express abstract ideas. Taught by Shay Smith. All Levels. For Dancers Ages 16+.
Adult Ballet
Mondays 8:10-9:10 pm
This class is geared towards students age 16 and over who wish to start dancing, return to a passion for dance, or are looking for a new form of exercise. This class focuses on the poise and strength needed for the art form known as classical ballet. Taught by Gabby Lafond. All Levels. For Dancers Ages 16+.
