Thank you to every one who supported us at our last milonga in October with Alejandro Pinzon which was a big success and he will be back in December by popular demand!
This month we are proud to welcome special guest artists Adam & Ciko from NYC for a pre-milonga class, and guest DJing.
This is in addition to their appearance at the UF Tango Weekend Nov 10-12.
This fresh, exciting young couple from NYC have been teaching and performing around the globe for over 10 years. Thanks to Nico Mazza who discovered them in NY and loved them so much, for bringing them to Gainesville now for the second time.
Programming this month:
8:00 to 9:00 Musicality and Floor Craft
9:00 to 12:00 Milonga DJed by Adam
Also be aware that they are here all weekend for the UF Tango Weekend, Friday through Sunday afternoon and you are invited to a welcome milonga and performance at the Afternoon restaurant on Friday night at 9 pm and workshops at The Limin Room at 2029 NW 6th Street on Saturday and Sunday afternoons at 2 pm organized by Nico Mazza and UF Tango Club, priced separately.
Costs for Saturday night only:
Pre-milonga class: $10.00/Students with ID $5.00
Milonga: $10.00/Students $5.00
Pre-milonga class + Milonga: $15.00/Students $8.00
BYO drinks and snacks for dancing all night. Bottled water will be available for $1.00.
Convenient, lighted parking on both sides of the building.
