Open to all. Please come to celebrate with me my new Brown Belt. I am happy to write to you from my week-long Nia Brown Belt training in Texas. Nia trainings take me on a personal journey, through exploration of movement, music, and connection to community and to self. I feel inspired and expanded, and hope to share these qualities with you upon my return.
