Jones brings Ms. Muller’s personalized technique, described as a “polarity technique” that contrasts a relaxed and grounded plié with an extenuated and energized “up.” The approach is holistic and brings both control and freedom to dancers who can expect an extensive warm up that includes a barre, center work, across the floor and finally a repertory combination. These classes are for intermediate to advanced dancers. $17 Member / $20 Public per class $15 Member / $18 Public per class (two or more classes)
