EAST COAST - LIMON DANCE Company IN Residence SUNY Brockport Brockport, NEW YORK July 21 – August 7, 2009 Led by artistic director Carla Maxwell and associate artistic director, Roxane D’Orleans Juste, this three week workshop offers an opportunity for intensive training in Limón technique and repertory, with an emphasis on individual work. In addition to a full schedule of classes during the day, students attend open rehearsals and special evening events. The workshop concludes with an informal presentation of repertory & composition. Classes are taught in the spacious studios at SUNY/Brockport in western New York. Carla Maxwell, Roxanne D'Orleans Juste and Limon Dance Company members will teach during the residency.
